Recent Projects
Clearwell has completed the design of sanitary sewer systems, water main extensions, storm sewer collection systems and overall community expansions; provided state and local permitting assistance, and secured flood plain permit approvals.
Clearwell recently completed the 65-lot expansion of an existing community, the 40-lot redevelopment of a vacant park, and connection of City water to a 114-lot community. It is this range of experience that allows us to be a part of your capital improvements team, and not simply one more expense.
Our most recent project was the approval of a 45-lot infill project in Wyoming. Clearwell worked with the owners to maximize the lot layout and minimize infrastructure costs. In order to get to that point a number of hurdles were cleared, including a public hearing and approval of a zoning change request, state department of transportation approval of a new connection to a state-owned road, city approval of the site plan, and utility district approval of the utility extensions.
