Manufactured Home Communities

Clearwell Engineering’s main priority is to help MHC owners maximize the value of the land they own. From the land acquisition to final construction, Clearwell supports you every step of the way. We have years of experience with zoning codes, city construction requirements, and permits that are helpful for manufactured home communities to help move the project through the hoops and hurdles.

New Communities & Expansions

Clearwell works with owners to develop new communities, expand existing communities, and improve or replace existing sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, and roads that have failed.  We approach every project from a cost-conscious outlook, and strive to work fast, as we know that time kills all good deals.

Infrastructure Improvements

Clearwell has completed the design of sanitary sewer systems, water main extensions, storm sewer collection systems and overall community expansions; provided state and local permitting assistance, and secured flood plain permit approvals.

Recent Projects

Clearwell has completed the design of sanitary sewer systems, water main extensions, storm sewer collection systems and overall community expansions; provided state and local permitting assistance, and secured flood plain permit approvals.

Clearwell recently completed the 65-lot expansion of an existing community, the 40-lot redevelopment of a vacant park, and connection of City water to a 114-lot community.  It is this range of experience that allows us to be a part of your capital improvements team, and not simply one more expense.

Our most recent project was the approval of a 45-lot infill project in Wyoming.  Clearwell worked with the owners to maximize the lot layout and minimize infrastructure costs.  In order to get to that point a number of hurdles were cleared, including a public hearing and approval of a zoning change request, state department of transportation approval of a new connection to a state-owned road, city approval of the site plan, and utility district approval of the utility extensions.
